Images from a last minute trip to Yosemite, Bodie, and Mono Lake.
We spent three days based in the valley of Yosemite National Park. On day 1, we hiked the Mist Trail to Vernal Falls and saw the Mirror Lake. On day 2, we drove along Tioga Pass Road and made many stops to admire the views. We also visited Bodie State Park and Mono Lake. On day 3, we took a look at the Ansel Adams Gallery, saw the trickle from Yosemite Falls, and had lunch at the Ahwahnee Hotel before heading off to San Francisco to catch a flight the following morning.

The green box outside the door is a bear-proof locker. Warnings about bears were every where. All food and anything that might smell like food has to go in the locker.
